Select structural and framing projects completed by our trusted sister company, Stoltz Co. While Pivot was not the general contractor on these projects, they showcase the craftsmanship and collaboration that define our shared values, especially on timber frame and post-frame builds.

Work completed under the leadership of Pivot’s founder, Mark Holliday, at previous firms prior to launching Pivot Construction. Select images used across this site represent concept art, preliminary renderings, or proposed architectural studies. These are included to help illustrate possibilities and set visual expectations, particularly for clients still exploring design directions.

5. Licensed & Stock Imagery

In rare cases, we use professionally licensed photography to convey general mood, craftsmanship standards, or material inspiration. These images are not presented as original Pivot projects, and all rights are maintained by their original creators.
