1. Initial Site Visit

2. Complimentary Opinion of Cost

We provide a high-level cost opinion based on your vision and site conditions. This early insight helps you make informed decisions before diving deeper into design.

3. Professional Services Agreement

Once you’re ready to move forward, we enter a Professional Services Agreement. This covers detailed design work, engineering, and precise estimating so your project begins with clarity and confidence.

4. Design Development

Working closely with you, we develop detailed drawings and specifications that reflect your vision, budget, and lifestyle. Every decision is made to ensure beauty, function, and enduring quality.

5. Budget

With design in place, we prepare a detailed, line-by-line budget. This ensures you know exactly where your investment is allocated before any construction begins.

6. Contract Documents

Once you’re comfortable with the budget, we prepare, review, and sign your Contract Documents.

7. Pre-Construction

Before breaking ground, we handle permitting, finalize selections, and build a precise schedule. This sets the stage for an efficient, well-managed construction phase.
